집합건물의 소유 및 관리에 관한 법률 제40조(점유자의 의견진술권)

① 구분소유자의 승낙을 받아 전유부분을 점유하는 자는 집회의 목적사항에 관하여 이해관계가 있는 경우에는 집회에 출석하여 의견을 진술할 수 있다.

② 제1항의 경우 집회를 소집하는 자는 제34조에 따라 소집통지를 한 후 지체 없이 집회의 일시, 장소 및 목적사항을 건물 내의 적당한 장소에 게시하여야 한다.
