집합건물의 소유 및 관리에 관한 법률 제30조(규약의 보관 및 열람)

① 규약은 관리인 또는 구분소유자나 그 대리인으로서 건물을 사용하고 있는 자 중 1인이 보관하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 규약을 보관할 구분소유자나 그 대리인은 규약에 다른 규정이 없으면 관리단집회의 결의로써 정한다.

③ 이해관계인은 제1항에 따라 규약을 보관하는 자에게 규약의 열람을 청구하거나 자기 비용으로 등본의 발급을 청구할 수 있다.
