Integrated Energy Supply Business Act, Article 24 (Verification Inspections)

① 기후에너지환경부장관은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 소속 공무원에게 사업자의 사업장에 출입하여 공급시설이나 그 밖에 안전관리와 관련된 물건을 확인점검하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

② 기후에너지환경부장관은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 소속 공무원에게 사용시설의 설치장소에 출입하여 사용시설을 확인점검하게 할 수 있다. 다만, 사용시설의 설치장소가 주거용으로 사용되고 있는 경우에는 그 점검일시 및 기간에 관하여 미리 거주자와 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

1. 제17조제1항에 따른 공급규정의 준수 여부 등을 판단하기 위하여 필요한 경우

③ 기후에너지환경부장관은 제6조제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 허가 또는 변경허가를 받지 아니하고 열 생산시설을 신설ㆍ개설 또는 증설하였는지를 확인하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 소속 공무원에게 그 사업장에 출입하여 열 생산시설이나 그 밖에 안전관리와 관련된 물건을 확인점검하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
