집단에너지사업법 제16조의2(공급시설 건설비용의 분담)

① 사업자는 공급시설 건설비용의 전부 또는 일부를 그 사용자에게 분담하게 할 수 있다.

② 사업자가 제1항에 따라 공급시설 건설비용을 분담하게 할 때에는 다음 각 호의 기준에 따라야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 공급시설 건설비용의 분담 시 분담금액의 산정기준, 납부방법 등 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 기후에너지환경부령으로 정한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
