진로교육법 시행령 제6조(진로교육 집중학년ㆍ학기제 운영)

① 교육감은 법 제13조제1항에 따른 진로교육 집중학년ㆍ학기제(이하 "진로학기제"라 한다)를 운영하려는 경우에는 학생 및 학부모의 의견과 대상 학교의 실정 등을 고려하여야 한다.

② 교육감은 진로학기제를 「초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령」 제44조제3항에 따른 자유학기와 연계ㆍ통합하여 운영할 수 있다.

③ 제1항과 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 진로학기제 운영에 필요한 세부사항은 교육감이 교육부장관과 협의하여 정한다.
