지하수법 시행규칙 제45조(지하수개발ㆍ이용시공업 등록취소 등의 통보)

① 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 법 제25조제1항에 따라 지하수개발ㆍ이용시공업의 등록을 취소하는 경우에는 그 내용과 사유를 명시하여 해당 지하수개발ㆍ이용시공업의 등록을 한 자에게 서면으로 통지해야 한다.

② 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항에 따라 등록을 취소한 경우에는 그 사실을 다른 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 통보해야 한다. 이 경우 행정종합정보시스템에 입력하는 것으로 그 통보를 갈음할 수 있다.

③ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 법 제25조제1항에 따라 처분한 내용과 제2항에 따라 다른 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장으로부터 통보받은 내용을 별지 제46호서식의 지하수개발ㆍ이용시공업 등록대장에 적고 이를 관리해야 한다.
