지진ㆍ지진해일ㆍ화산의 관측 및 경보에 관한 법률 제11조의3(검정대행기관의 지정 취소 등)

① 기상청장은 검정대행기관이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 지정을 취소하거나 6개월 이내의 기간을 정하여 검정업무의 전부 또는 일부의 정지를 명할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호에 해당하는 경우에는 지정을 취소하여야 한다.
