Enforcement Decree of the Act on Training and Support of Regional Physicians, Article 5 (Support for Tuition, etc.)

① 법 제5조제1항에 따라 지역의사선발전형으로 입학한 학생에게 지원해야 하는 비용(이하 "학비등"이라 한다)은 다음 각 호와 같다.

② 학비등의 지원 금액 산정, 지급 시기, 절차 및 방법 등에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시한다.
