Regional Credit Guarantee Foundations Act, Article 42 (Deemed Public Officials for Application of Penal Provisions)
재단의 임원은 「형법」이나 그 밖의 법률에 따른 벌칙을 적용할 때에는 공무원으로 본다.
Officers of a foundation shall be deemed public officials for the purpose of applying the penal provisions of the Criminal Act and other Acts.
