지역신용보증재단법 제27조(보증료 등)

① 재단은 신용보증을 받은 소기업등으로부터 그 보증금액에 대하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 신용도 등을 고려하여 보증료를 징수한다.

② 재단은 신용보증을 받은 소기업등이 기한까지 그 채무를 이행하지 아니하여 보증채무의 이행책임이 해제되지 아니한 경우에는 그 소기업등으로부터 보증한 채무 중 이행되지 아니한 금액에 대하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 추가보증료를 징수한다.

③ 재단은 신용보증을 받은 소기업등이 보증료의 지급기한까지 보증료를 지급하지 아니하였을 때에는 미지급 보증료에 대하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 연체보증료를 징수한다.
