지역신용보증재단법 제1조(목적)

이 법은 신용보증재단과 신용보증재단중앙회를 설립하여 담보력(擔保力)이 부족한 지역 내 소기업(小企業)ㆍ소상공인(小商工人) 등과 개인의 채무를 보증하게 함으로써 자금 융통을 원활하게 하고 아울러 지역경제 활성화와 서민의 복리 증진에 이바지함을 목적으로 한다.
