지역신용보증재단법 시행령 제24조의9(보전금의 반환)

재단은 중앙회가 재단에 제24조의8에 따른 보전금을 지급하고 재단이 보증채무를 대위변제한 후 구상권을 행사하여 대위변제금을 회수한 경우에는 회수한 금액에 재보증비율을 곱하여 산출한 금액을 중앙회에 반환하여야 한다. <개정 2016.6.28>
