Act on Coexistence and Revitalization of Local Commercial Districts, Article 16 (Rescission of Designation of Autonomous Commercial District Zones)

① 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제15조에 따라 지정된 자율상권구역이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 지역상권위원회의 심의를 거쳐 시ㆍ도지사의 승인을 받아 지정을 해제할 수 있다.

1. 자율상권조합이 자율상권구역 내 상인, 상가건물의 임대인 및 토지소유자(이하 "자율상권구역내상인등"이라 한다) 각각의 3분의 2 이상에 해당하는 자의 동의를 얻어 신청하는 경우

② 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항에 따라 자율상권구역의 지정이 해제된 때에는 중소벤처기업부장관에게 그 사실을 보고하고 관보나 공보에 공고하여야 한다.

③ 그 밖에 자율상권구역의 지정해제에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
