국가 및 지방자치단체는 산업위기대응특별지역에서 기업이 사업을 신설ㆍ증설하는 경우에는 「국유재산법」, 「공유재산 및 물품 관리법」 및 그 밖의 다른 법령의 규정에도 불구하고 국유재산ㆍ공유재산의 사용료ㆍ대부료를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 감면할 수 있다.
