지식재산 기본법 제30조(지식재산의 국제표준화)

① 정부는 연구개발사업에서 창출 중이거나 창출된 지식재산이 「국가표준기본법」 제3조제2호에 따른 국제표준과 연계될 수 있도록 연구의 기획 단계에서부터 표준의 획득에 이르는 전 과정에 걸쳐 필요한 지원시책을 마련하여 추진하여야 한다.
