지방행정제재ㆍ부과금의 징수 등에 관한 법률 제9조의2(압류의 효력)

① 제9조에 따라 다음 각 호의 재산을 압류한 경우 그 압류의 효력은 압류의 등기 또는 등록이 완료된 때에 발생한다. <개정 2021.12.28>

② 제1항에 따른 압류는 지방행정제재ㆍ부과금관계법에 따라 부과결정되어 압류재산의 소유권이 이전되기 전에 그 납기가 도래한 지방행정제재ㆍ부과금의 체납액에 대해서도 그 효력이 미친다.

③ 제9조에 따라 급료, 임금, 봉급, 세비, 퇴직연금 또는 그 밖에 계속적 거래관계에서 발생하는 이와 유사한 채권을 압류한 경우 그 압류의 효력은 체납액을 한도로 하여 압류 후에 발생할 채권에 대해서 미친다.
