Enforcement Decree of the Local Finance Act, Article 42 (Budget Preparation)

지방자치단체의 예산은 법령에 다른 규정이 없는 한 법 제38조제2항 및 법 제41조의 규정에 의한 지방자치단체 예산편성기준 및 예산의 과목구분에 따라 편성하여야 한다.
