지방재정법 시행령 제132조(채권에 관한 계약의 내용)

법령 또는 조례ㆍ규칙의 규정에 의하여 지방자치단체를 위하여 계약 그 밖에 채권의 발생에 관한 행위를 하여야 하는 자(이하 "계약담당자"라 한다)는 당해 채권의 내용을 정하고자 하는 때에는 법령 또는 조례ㆍ규칙으로 정하는 사항을 제외하고는 채권의 감면 및 이행기의 연장에 관한 사항에 대한 약정을 하여서는 아니된다.
