지방자치법 시행령 제90조(간사)

① 중앙분쟁조정위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 중앙분쟁조정위원회에 간사 1명과 필요한 공무원을 둔다.

② 중앙분쟁조정위원회의 간사는 행정안전부 소속 공무원 중에서 행정안전부장관이 지명한다.
