지방자치법 시행령 제67조(사무인계서류의 생략)

제65조 각 호의 사항 중 사무인계 당시 갖추어 두고 있는 목록 또는 대장으로 현황을 확인할 수 있는 경우에는 그 목록 또는 대장으로 사무인계서의 해당 부분을 갈음할 수 있다. 이 경우 그 뜻을 사무인계서에 적어야 한다.
