지방자치법 시행령 제52조(행정사무 감사 또는 조사 결과의 보고)

① 감사ㆍ조사위원회가 감사 또는 조사를 끝내면 그 위원회의 위원장은 지체 없이 지방의회의 의장에게 감사 또는 조사 보고서를 제출하고, 본회의에 보고해야 한다.

② 지방의회의 의장은 감사ㆍ조사위원회의 위원장에게 감사 또는 조사에 관한 중간보고를 하게 할 수 있다.
