지방자치법 시행령 제103조(전국적 협의체 등의 설립 신고)

① 법 제182조제1항제3호 또는 제4호에 따른 전국적 협의체는 그 효율적 운영을 위하여 각 시ㆍ도별 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ자치구의 구청장 또는 시ㆍ군ㆍ자치구의회의 의장 전부가 참가하는 지역협의체를 하부조직으로 둘 수 있다.

② 법 제182조제3항에 따라 협의체ㆍ연합체(이하 이 항에서 "협의체ㆍ연합체"라 한다)의 대표자가 행정안전부장관에게 신고해야 하는 사항은 다음 각 호와 같다.

③ 협의체ㆍ연합체의 대표자는 제2항에 따라 신고한 사항을 변경하는 경우 그 변경사항을 행정안전부장관에게 신고해야 한다.

④ 제2항 및 제3항에 따른 신고는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 서식에 따른다.
