지방자치단체출연 연구원의 설립 및 운영에 관한 법률 제22조(검사 및 감독)

① 시ㆍ도지사 또는 대도시 시장은 지방연구원 사무의 검사 및 감독을 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 지방연구원에 관계 서류ㆍ장부 또는 그 밖의 참고자료의 제출을 요구하거나 소속 공무원으로 하여금 지방연구원의 사무 및 재산상황을 검사하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2012.3.21>

② 제1항에 따라 검사를 하는 공무원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 보여 주어야 한다.
