① 일괄입찰을 할 때에는 기본설계입찰을 실시하여 제100조제1항에 따라 실시설계적격자로 선정된 자에 한정하여 실시설계서를 제출하게 하여야 한다. <개정 2010.7.26>

④ 지방자치단체의 장 또는 계약담당자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 지방건설기술심의위원회에 해당 설계의 적격 여부에 대한 심의 및 설계점수 평가를 의뢰하여야 한다. 이 경우 지방건설기술심의위원회는 기술적 타당성을 검토하고 설계의 적격 여부를 명백히 한 서류(원안입찰의 경우는 제외한다) 및 설계점수를 그 지방자치단체의 장 또는 계약담당자에게 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2010.7.26, 2016.9.13>
