① 지방자치단체의 장 또는 계약담당자는 일괄입찰의 경우 제100조제1항에 따라 선정된 자를 대상으로 실시설계적격자를 결정하여야 한다. 이 경우 특별한 사유가 없으면 지방자치단체의 장 또는 계약담당자는 지방건설기술심의위원회가 공사의 목적 및 특성을 고려하여 다음 각 호의 방법 중에서 적합하다고 심의하여 선택한 방법을 따라야 한다. <개정 2016.11.29>
