Enforcement Decree of the Act on Contracts to Which a Local Government Is a Party, Article 62 (Supervision Records of Resident Participation Supervisors)
법 제16조제6항에 따른 감독조서(監督調書)는 준공검사일 이전까지 지방자치단체의 장 또는 계약담당자에게 제출하여야 한다.
The supervision record under Article 16 (6) of the Act shall be submitted to the head of a local government or a contract officer by the date of completion inspection.
