Enforcement Decree of the Act on Contracts to Which a Local Government Is a Party, Article 56 (Supervision)

① 법 제16조제1항 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 계약"이란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 계약을 말한다. <개정 2014.5.22, 2016.9.13, 2024.5.7>

② 지방자치단체의 장 또는 계약담당자는 예정가격의 100분의 70 미만으로 낙찰되어 체결된 공사계약의 경우에는 부실시공을 방지하기 위하여 감독공무원의 수[제1항에 따른 계약 중 공사계약의 경우에는 「건설기술 진흥법」 등에 따라 정해진 건설사업관리기술인 또는 감리원(監理員)의 수를 말한다]를 그 배치기준의 100분의 50의 범위에서 추가하여 배치할 수 있다. <개정 2014.5.22, 2018.12.11>
