지방자치단체를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령 제2조(정의)

1. "추정가격"이란 물품ㆍ공사ㆍ용역 등의 조달계약을 체결할 때 「지방자치단체를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제5조에 따른 국제입찰의 대상인지를 판단하는 기준 등으로 삼기 위하여 예정가격이 결정되기 전에 제7조에 따라 산정된 가격을 말한다.

2. "예정가격"이란 입찰이나 계약체결 전에 낙찰자 및 계약금액의 결정기준으로 삼기 위하여 미리 작성하여 갖춰 두는 가액(價額)으로서 제9조에 따라 작성된 가격을 말한다.

3. "고시금액"이란 법 제5조제1항 본문에 따라 국제입찰 적용대상으로 행정안전부장관이 고시한 금액을 말한다.

4. "공사이행보증서"란 공사계약에 있어서 계약상대자가 계약상의 의무를 이행하지 못하는 경우 그 계약상대자를 대신하여 계약상의 의무를 이행할 것을 보증하되, 이를 보증한 기관이 의무를 이행하지 아니하는 경우에는 일정 금액을 낼 것을 보증하는 증서를 말한다.
