① 지방자치단체의 장은 제126조에서 정한 공사에 대하여 실시설계 기술제안입찰 또는 기본설계 기술제안입찰을 실시하려는 경우 다음 각 호의 사항에 관하여 지방건설기술심의위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2016.11.29>
