지방자치단체를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령 제115조(계약절차의 중지)

① 위원회가 법 제36조제2항에 따라 해당 지방자치단체의 장에게 입찰절차의 연기 또는 계약의 체결 및 이행의 중지(이하 이 조에서 "계약절차의 중지"라 한다)를 명할 때에는 특별한 사유가 없으면 제118조에 따른 의견 접수 후 7일 이내에 서면으로 한다.

② 위원회는 협정의 내용에 따라 공공의 이익 또는 관련 이해관계인에게 불리한 영향을 끼칠 우려가 있어 계약절차의 중지를 명하지 아니하는 경우에는 그 사유를 청구인등 및 해당 지방자치단체의 장에게 서면으로 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2019.6.25>
