지방자치단체를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령 제114조(분과위원회)

① 법 제35조의2제7항에 따라 위원회에 다음 각 호의 분과위원회를 두며, 분과위원회는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 업무를 수행한다.

② 분과위원회는 위원회의 위원 중에서 분과위원회의 위원장을 포함하여 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 수 이내의 위원으로 성별을 고려하여 구성한다. 이 경우 공무원이 아닌 위원이 분과위원회 전체 위원의 과반수가 되도록 해야 한다.

③ 분과위원회의 위원장은 행정안전부장관이 지명하는 고위공무원단에 속하는 공무원으로 한다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 a어 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 be비 a어 public퍼블릭 official어^f피실 belonging빌롱잉 to투 the^ð더 Senior시니어 Executive이그제큐티^v브 Service서^v비스 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 the^ð디 Interior인티^r리어 and앤드 Safety.세이^f프티

④ 제117조, 제118조제2항ㆍ제3항 및 제121조의 규정은 분과위원회에 준용한다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 분과위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 행정안전부장관이 정한다.
