지방자치단체를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령 제117조(위원회의 회의)

① 위원회의 회의는 위원장이 소집한다.

③ 제2항에도 불구하고 위원장은 심의안건의 내용이 경미하거나 그 밖에 부득이한 경우에는 서면으로 심의할 수 있다. 이 경우 재적위원 과반수의 서면심의서 제출과 제출한 위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
