지방의료원의 설립 및 운영에 관한 법률 제10조의2(원장과의 계약 등)

① 지방자치단체의 장은 원장과 다음 각 호에 해당하는 계약을 체결하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 계약은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 시기에 체결한다.

③ 지방자치단체의 장이 원장의 다음 연도 보수를 책정할 때에는 제1항제2호에 따른 운영목표의 달성 정도를 반영하여야 한다.

④ 지방자치단체의 장과 원장은 제1항제1호의 계약을 체결한 후 계약의 내용을 변경할 불가피한 사정이 발생할 때에는 서로 협의하여 그 계약의 내용을 변경할 수 있다.

⑤ 제1항에 따른 계약의 체결에 필요한 서류, 계약서의 작성방법 등은 보건복지부장관이 정한다.
