지방 연구직 및 지도직공무원의 임용 등에 관한 규정 제11조(승진임용의 방법 등)

① 연구관이나 지도관으로의 승진임용은 임용령 제38조에 따르되, 같은 조의 "6급 공무원"은 "연구사나 지도사"로, "5급 공무원"은 "연구관이나 지도관"으로 본다.

② 제13조에 따른 연구 실적 심사에서 부결된 사실이 있는 연구사는 2년 이내에 일반 승진시험을 요구하거나 법 제7조제1항에 따른 인사위원회(이하 "인사위원회"라 한다)의 승진 의결 대상으로 할 수 없다. <개정 2019.8.6>
