지방소도읍 육성 지원법 제14조(민간개발사업자 등에 대한 지원)

① 관할 시장ㆍ군수는 관계 행정기관의 장과 협의하여 제7조에 따른 민간개발사업자와 제13조에 따른 기업인등에게 다음 각 호의 지원조치를 할 수 있다.

② 관할 시장ㆍ군수는 제1항제1호에 따른 공공시설의 점용ㆍ사용 허가권자가 따로 있을 때에는 점용ㆍ사용 허가권자에게 점용ㆍ사용 허가를 요청하여야 하며, 그 요청을 받은 허가권자는 특별한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다.
