Local Tax Collection Act, Article 82 (Preparation and Keeping of Statements of Property for Public Sale, etc.)

① 지방자치단체의 장은 공매재산에 대하여 제73조에 따른 현황조사를 기초로 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 공매재산명세서를 작성하여야 한다.
