지방세징수법 제6조(미납지방세 등의 열람)

① 「주택임대차보호법」 제2조에 따른 주거용 건물 또는 「상가건물 임대차보호법」 제2조에 따른 상가건물을 임차하여 사용하려는 자(이하 이 조에서 "임차인"이라 한다)는 건물에 대한 임대차계약을 하기 전 또는 임대차계약을 체결하고 임대차기간이 시작되는 날까지 임대인의 동의를 받아 임대인이 납부하지 아니한 지방세의 열람을 지방자치단체의 장에게 신청할 수 있다. 이 경우 지방자치단체의 장은 열람신청에 응하여야 한다. <개정 2023.3.14>

② 제1항에 따라 임차인이 열람할 수 있는 지방세는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 지방세로 한정한다. <개정 2023.3.14>

③ 제1항에도 불구하고 임차인이 체결한 임대차계약에 따른 보증금이 대통령령으로 정하는 금액을 초과하는 경우 임차인은 임대차기간이 시작되는 날까지 임대인의 동의 없이 제1항에 따른 열람신청을 할 수 있다. 이 경우 열람신청을 접수한 지방자치단체의 장은 지체 없이 열람 사실을 임대인에게 통지하여야 한다. <신설 2023.3.14>
