지방세징수법 제37조(참여자 설정)

① 세무공무원은 제35조 또는 제36조에 따라 수색 또는 검사를 할 때에는 수색 또는 검사를 받는 사람과 그의 가족ㆍ동거인이나 사무원, 그 밖의 종업원을 증인으로 참여시켜야 한다.

② 제1항의 경우에 참여자가 없을 때 또는 참여 요청에 따르지 아니할 때에는 성년자 2명 이상 또는 다른 지방자치단체의 공무원이나 경찰공무원을 증인으로 참여시켜야 한다.
