지방세징수법 시행규칙 제6조의2(고액ㆍ상습체납자의 감치 관련 소명자료 제출 및 의견진술 신청 통지 등)

① 영 제19조의2제1항에 따른 소명자료 제출 및 의견진술 신청에 관한 통지는 별지 제7호의2서식에 따른다. 다만, 지방자치단체의 장은 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 별지 제7호의2서식과 달리 정할 수 있다.
