지방세법 시행령 제89조(부동산매매업자에 대한 세액계산의 특례)

① 법 제93조제4항 각 호 외의 부분 전단에 따른 부동산매매업은 「소득세법 시행령」 제122조제1항ㆍ제3항 및 제4항을 따른다.

② 법 제93조제4항 각 호 외의 부분 후단에 따른 부동산매매업자에 대한 주택등매매차익의 계산은 「소득세법 시행령」 제122조제2항을 따른다.
