지방세법 시행령 제58조(신고 및 납부)

① 법 제43조에 따라 레저세를 신고하려는 자는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 신고서로 제57조제1항 각 호에 따라 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 신고해야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2016.12.30, 2017.7.26, 2021.12.31>
