지방세법 시행령 제38조의3(정보 제공 요청 등)

① 행정안전부장관 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 법 제22조의3제2항에 따라 세대별 보유하고 있는 주택, 조합원입주권, 주택분양권 또는 오피스텔 수의 확인 등을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 국토교통부장관에게 「민간임대주택에 관한 특별법」 제60조에 따른 임대주택정보체계에 포함된 자료, 「부동산 거래신고 등에 관한 법률」 제24조에 따른 정보 및 「주택법」 제88조에 따른 주택 관련 정보의 제공을 요청할 수 있다.

② 행정안전부장관은 법 제22조의3제3항에 따라 자료를 지방자치단체의 장에게 제공하는 경우에는 지방세통합정보통신망을 통하여 제공해야 한다. <개정 2024.3.26>
