지방세법 시행령 제21조(농지의 범위)

1. 취득 당시 공부상 지목이 논, 밭 또는 과수원인 토지로서 실제 농작물의 경작이나 다년생식물의 재배지로 이용되는 토지. 이 경우 농지 경영에 직접 필요한 농막(農幕)ㆍ두엄간ㆍ양수장ㆍ못ㆍ늪ㆍ농도(農道)ㆍ수로 등이 차지하는 토지 부분을 포함한다.
