자동차의 종류를 결정할 때 해당 자동차가 제123조에 규정된 종류에 둘 이상 해당하는 경우에는 주된 종류에 따르고, 주된 종류를 구분하기 곤란한 것은 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 결정하는 바에 따른다. <개정 2016.12.30>
