지방세법 시행령 제112조(주택의 구분)

「건축법 시행령」 별표 1 제1호다목에 따른 다가구주택은 1가구가 독립하여 구분사용할 수 있도록 분리된 부분을 1구의 주택으로 본다. 이 경우 그 부속토지는 건물면적의 비율에 따라 각각 나눈 면적을 1구의 부속토지로 본다.
