지방교육자치에 관한 법률 제40조(특별부과금의 부과ㆍ징수)

①제36조의 규정에 따른 특별부과금은 특별한 재정수요가 있는 때에 조례로 정하는 바에 따라 부과ㆍ징수한다. <개정 2021.3.23>
