지방공무원 보수규정 제48조의2(권한대행기간 중의 연봉감액 등)

①「지방자치법」 제124조제1항제2호에 따라 부지사ㆍ부시장ㆍ부군수 또는 부구청장(이하 "부단체장"이라 한다)이 그 지방자치단체의 장의 권한을 대행하는 경우 그 지방자치단체의 장에 대해서는 그 기간중 연봉월액의 40퍼센트를 지급한다. 다만, 권한대행기간이 3월을 경과한 때에는 그 3월이 경과한 후의 기간중에는 연봉월액의 20퍼센트를 지급한다. <개정 2005.1.7, 2008.12.31, 2012.1.6, 2016.6.28, 2019.1.8, 2021.11.30>

②제1항의 규정에 의하여 연봉월액을 감액지급받은 지방자치단체의 장이 법원의 판결에 의하여 무죄로 확정된 경우에는 원래의 연봉을 기준으로 계산한 연봉과 그 권한대행기간중에 지급한 연봉과의 차액을 소급하여 지급한다.
