지방공무원 보수규정 제25조(징계처분기간의 보수감액)

①징계처분에 따른 보수의 감액은 「지방공무원법」 제71조 등에 따른다. <개정 2009.3.31, 2016.6.28>

②징계처분기간중에 있는 자가 징계에 관하여 다른 법령을 적용받게 된 경우에는 징계처분당시의 법령에 의하여 보수를 감액 지급한다.
