지방공무원법 제16조(심사위원회의 사무직원)

① 심사위원회에 간사 및 서기를 둔다.

② 간사와 서기는 시ㆍ도지사 또는 교육감이 그 소속 공무원 중에서 임명한다.

③ 간사는 위원장의 명을 받아 심사위원회의 사무를 처리하고, 서기는 간사를 보조한다.
