지방공무원 교육훈련법 시행령 제23조(교수요원의 자격기준)

1. 담당할 분야와 관련된 실무ㆍ연구 또는 강의 경력이 3년 이상인 사람

3. 담당할 분야에 대한 석사학위 이상의 학위가 있는 사람

4. 담당할 분야에 대한 6개월 이상의 교육훈련을 이수한 사람

5. 「고등교육법」 제16조 및 「대학교원 자격기준 등에 관한 규정」 제2조에 따라 교수ㆍ부교수 또는 조교수의 자격을 갖춘 사람

6. 그 밖에 제1호부터 제5호까지의 규정에 상응하는 자격 또는 능력이 있는 사람으로서 교육훈련기관을 설치한 시ㆍ도지사 또는 교육감이 정하는 자격 또는 능력을 갖춘 사람
